Casual Black/White tie-front blouse

Soft, casual short sleeved white blouse with black plaid pattern. Ties in front to give you a slightly cropped fit. Pocket at left chest. Looks great with high waisted pants. NWOT never worn, ripped tags off, planned to wear it and didn’t care for the fit at my shoulders.
