Canada Goose Women's Parka in Moonstone Grey

Cross posted on eBay Please read entire thing- no returns accepted. Bought from Canada Goose Generations (their second hand store). Has their “Generations” stamp on the tag. Their 15 day return policy starts the day you purchase the item, yet it took 16 days to get and they won’t let me return, it is too small in the hips. Canada Goose Expedition, XXS, Moonstone Grey, listed as excellent on their website. This item looks brand new, slight fraying on one of the wrists. Don’t think I see any other imperfections.
