liljg123 @eannktm Actually, now that I see it, it's stretchy throughout but not really that much at the top. It measures 12 3/4" flat across the top. I do think it could fit you.

nicolesurfer1 Poshmark is all final unless misrepresented basically. Do you mind sharing your measurements so I can compare mine to yours? If you're comfortable that is. I range betwen 4-6 on things and just dont want this loose on me, and I do have to keep it :) So that helps a lot of 100+ purchases. Thanks!
