pashionfootwear @ninalee72 HI! All of our styles are standard b width. This style is genuine leather so will give a little stretch over time as leather does. It is recommended this style runs about 0.5 large, but it would be up to you if you wanted to order your normal size for some extra wiggle room. Once delivered, all Sales on Poshmark are Final. Additionally, yes blocks and stilettos can be interchangeable as long as they are both Pashion 1.0 and are size compatible with the shoes, for example, size 8 shoe works with heel kits sized 7-8.5. :)-Pashion Team
