The curved border at the top, the banded sides and the welted base that allow you stand the bag upright and find what you need quickly. I'd say the duffle is in overall good condition, but has a rugged feel. You can find scuffing/scratches, a little creasing on the drawstring folds as well leather wear on the bottom. The interior is clean, but has a wear spot. There is one issue to note. As you might have notice, the Coach catalog features 2 Coach Drawstring Duffles from the early 90s, but they had different types of drawstrings. One of them has a side-to-side closure and the other a standard front pull design. I'm thinking a previous owner made the front pull into a side knotted closure. Still works. Ready for toting!
