It's also an employee-owned company. 100% Wool Felt Doeskin is a medium-weight wool fabric that is soft with a tightly woven structure that is natural and breathable. Although the doeskin's softness it provides warmth and insulation. Approximately 22" (head circumference) x Height 3" Brim: 3" widest to 1.5" As for the condition, I don't see any stains, holes or major flaws. Maybe a little dusty. Great Hat!
