In excellent vintage condition. No rips or tears. Minor rubbing where the chain connects to the bag, but the chain itself is in great condition with no breaks.
I believe the bag is red and black but it does pick up navy hues in the sun. Please let me know if you have questions.

@unlimited23 the chain drop is just shy of 21”. And it is just rubbing the leather. I totally understand your concerns. I am partially selling it because I get so nervous every time I use it. That said, I would say it is in really good shape and in no danger of falling apart.
