@karmen186 hey Karmen.. I don't know exactly what you mean by old or new medium.. The bag is used, but in really good condition. no stains or tears or marks or creases or anything. I think it'll be authenticated by Poshmark before you receive it, if you were to make a purchase. I bought it, so I do know that it's authentic. although I don't have any documentation at this time
