do you think this could fit a small, and are the arms on the tighter side?

@baxtable hi there, if you don’t plan to layer with a thick sweater, yes can definitely fit a Small. I wore it with multiple layers & still had mobility. It’s definitely a loose fit. Arms shouldn’t be a problem but if you’re larger than a DD, will be tight on the chest (that was my problem)
