Are these burgundy or brown? They look brown in pics. True to size?

@tinabra Hi, these are burgundy, the second picture is probably the best for showing true color. I'm not sure if true to size, I was sent the wrong size for a promotion and was told to keep them. I did try them on once but they were too big for me (I wear size 6.5).
