Both are 100% cotton and made in India
Black and cream floral labeled size small, 34” length
Blue/cream/pink floral labeled one size but would fit small/medium best, 35” length
Both have elastic waists: 14” unstretched, 20” stretched
Both in excellent vintage condition!

@linlo99 yes both have elastic waists. The black and cream stretches to 20” across and the multicolor stretches to 21” across
