Bulwark protective wear LA DWP embroidered jacket! Extremely cool workwear style jacket embroidered with LA DWP (Los Angeles Department of Water and Power). There are red paint marks on a few spots (see photographs) and there is general wear but no holes, tears, rips, etc. It's in good condition. The collar is corduroy material, the closure has a heavy duty zipper and heavy duty snaps, and the waist is elastic and stretchy. Size small!
