Bright Blue Sheer Dress or Bathing Suit Cover

Vibrant bright blue sheer dress, featuring keyhole bust, 2/3 sleeves, and elastic waist. The fabric is very sheer as seen in the pictures. There is no liner in the dress, but it would make an excellent bathing suit cover. Measurements listed in the pictures! Will accept reasonable offers. The dress is labeled as a medium, but the measurements are more consistent with xs to S sizes. Dress is brand new and never worn due to being too small for me!
