splendeur @klynn - I don't expect PERFECT when I buy smth, but talking me down $50 then complain over 1 little dot and a bit discoloration on the corners and say that it's not gently used.. It's 100% lamb skin, it will change color!!! And I think she put the pen mark there. I had gotten two bags professionally cleaned bc I saw marks before I shipped and didn't charge the clients. Ugh... Ppl here!!!

klynn speaking of cleaning, juz out of curiosity (actually, I asked u this earlier) do u ship ur items as is? I mean, if uve used a top, do u wash them, or u send it out as is? And if so, do u expect the same? I asked because of the dress. I actually asked my question before ur issue w/ that over buyer came about.
