Brand New Lane Bryant over the knee WIDE boots

I purchased these online and love them but they don’t fit my big calves. I was hoping with the extra zipper allowing space on the back they would but I have very big calves. They are brand new. So cute. I’m just looking to get my money back because the closest lane Bryant is a pretty far drive for me. They are faux suede black with a flat bottom and an inside functioning zipper and a rear zipper to allow extra space or just for style. Also, they are a 10WIDE. No real tag but stickers and box.
