Boyds Bears “U Bee Happy” Bear from.the “Thinking of Ya” series.

This little guy is in very good condition, but I have seen listings where he has a bow. Mine does not have a bow around his neck. The style # is 903055. He is 8 inches tall without counting the antenna and approximately 10 inches tall if you do count the antenna
