Minnie Mouse style dress by Bonne Chance. Worn once to Disneyland Paris back in 2019 Size Medium. I am a 36B and the chest is a little tight on me now. There is a side zipper and elastic waist with a lot of stretch. I provided the size chart from Bonne Chance and my own measurements.
