Purchased as a 14R (all that was left!), I had it tailored to be closer to a US 12 (really this was essentially just shortening the arms by a few inches), and also had the back flap tightened so that it doesn’t blow up in a gust. I wore it a handful of times last fall. It’s gorgeous and I adore it and have gotten endless compliments on it, but I’ve changed sizes and there is just no way for even my most excellent seamstress to make it fit. The fit is roomy, so you can wear a sweater underneath. This is truly a showstopper and if there were any way to remake it, I wouldn’t be selling. Price is marked to reflect that I paid $150 for tailoring and the cut this site will take. You can find this coat for double this price on other resale sites, so please no lowball offers.
