Blue and White Puffer Jacket

This puffer is giving 70s / 80s vibes. The sleeves are removable (zippered on) so it can transform into a vest. There are some stains, you may be able to get out. A couple of areas where the stitching has come out or loose. In other words, vintage condition. Model is 5'4" 116 lb and this is a smallish fit, so please check measurements and ask any questions.
