In good condition, pre-owned. Barely worn. The material is chiffon and it’s fit and flare with a little chiffon belt. Perfect for spring or summer. Dinners, Cruises, church and vacation. I would say this is semi-sheer the colors cover it up good. No stains, rips or tears.
