Blu Pepper Long Skirt Small

NWOT, never worn. Size small, Blu Pepper long skirt with side slit. For size reference, I’m a true size 4 and 27/28 waist and usually a small and this is a tad tight on me. It zips fine but I ended up opting for a M for a more comfortable fit. Only mentioning bc I think this may run a tad small.
