Button down (buttons hidden) soft pale pink V-neck floral blouse from Express. Has a fuller sleeve towards lower arm with a cute tie at wrist area. Can dress it up or go casual with jeans. It’s a M slim fit but is still made to be blousy. Super cute! Only wore a handful of times- like brand new.
