Black runway skirt with Velcro band

This is a runway skirt used in a model/pageant competition. Swarovski shimmer stones have a tremendous sparkle on stage. The model wore a cheetah print jumpsuit under the skirt. The elastic waist allowed for ease in removal while on stage. Measurements are in the photos but can be modified with the Velcro.
