Great little dress from slience&noise from Urban Outfitters. Pattern is really cute and it has an elastic waistband for comfort. The back has a hook closure at the neck and is open to the waist for a little peek of the back. Top is a little blousy as a result. Has attached half slip (skirt). Worn only a few times, like brand new. Just a little big on me now.
