Black Velvet Double Button Vintage Vest

A vest made of black velvet that has a double row of 12 antiqued silver buttons down the front and a round collar. On the back, which is also black velvet, is an adjustable strap that has 2 more antiqued silver buttons. Buttons are embossed with a crest. Lining of the vest is a gray nylon material. From the 1990s, this vest was not worn much and in very good condition. Sharp look on its' own or under a jacket. Marked size "small".
