I purchased these from another posher back some years ago and only wore them 1-2 times. I have posterior tendinitis and these just did not work with that for me. The former owner had placed permanent heel inserts in them (which was fine with me), for added comfort, so that is what you are seeing. The are in very good/great almost excellent condition, very little wear They come with the box and bag, sorry no flower (I did not get the flower 🌸 either).
