What is the waist & bust measurement?

@jennifer_schoew This one only has one button closure (no zipper), and it's meant to be worn open. It's hard to measure the waist--since it's short and open--but it's about 32. The bust is about 33--but again, it's hard to measure, since the jacket doesn't really close all the way. This would fit sizes 0 and 2 nicely.
