Black Floral Smocked Peasant Top Retro 70's Flower Child Hippie M Gypsy Blouse

Brand new without tags, this throw-back to the 1970's floral top is almost identical from front to back. It has smocked shoulders and a smocked empire waist. It is semi-sheer with elasticized arm openings that are wide with wide ruffles surrounding them. Very cute top! The size is a medium with measurements of 18" armpit to armpit laying flat, but there is some room there with stretch. The length is about 28".
