Double cotton layers and one full layer of Filter in between sewn. UPDATE!!! *Men size : 9"1/2 x 7" the cut (elastic 7" each) *Woman size : 9" x 7" the cut (elastic 7" each) *Kids age 2-4 : 6" x 4" the cut (elastic 6" each) *Kids age 5-12 : 7" x 5" the cut (elastic 6: each) -Please notice that this is the cut of the fabric but when you fold it , you lose another inch.
