Both are New and box opened to confirm only. Doll and snow globe in pictures are what you get. Snow globe came with a few scratches that are very minor. I tried to get a replacement but was told minor manufacturer defects are not covered. Pictures show the scratch in every light zoomed in. I almost didnt notice it until I felt it. Luck has an all white belly!
