In excellent used condition - I love this pant style but I don't reach for this color often enough! Discontinued color and fabric - these are a bit more lightweight and IMO a more versatile/all season option than the current heavyweight BBP trousers: https://bigbudpress.com/products/heavyweight-trousers-royal-blue Waist measures 14.75" relaxed but elastic in the back of the waistband provides extra space when you need it.
