Reposhing this item I purchased from @janeroser. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new.
Vintage Betsy, Johnson dress cap sleeves and a ruched “tail” in the back front snaps and heavy trim on the bottom. About 36 inches from shoulder to him. Front of hem is shorter and back is a bit longer.

What is a size P? Is that like a small ?

@pumpkincat1336 Hi, thanks for your interest. P is a Petite which means for for 5’4” tall or smaller. There are 3 sizes in clothing. Petite, Standard and Plus. when I bought this I was 5’5” and 115 pounds but in very good shape. I wear a Standard size which is what most people wear. I can provide the measurements if you like.
It’s a unique dress. Great vintage condition.
