New without tags, originally purchased for an occasion but I just have to have ridiculously oversized bags, so she's never been used. 9 inches wide, 5.5 high, 7 inch shoulder drop. Cream colored, multi colored bows and tiny Betsey logos as part of the pattern. Gold zipper with gold heart pull tab engraved with logo. Rosebud interior. Side tassel with tan binding and bow.
