Grey Polka Dot Button Down Shirt from Ben Sherman in excellent condition. I'm about 5'10" / 175 lbs and this fits me great. Extremely comfortable, and can work for both casual or dressy occasions. Only worn a handful of times and kept in a smoke & odor free closet.
