Good used condition. It has some scuffs that are hard to see in the photos, but not that many. Some of them are hard to see in person as well. There is a tiny brown stain at the very bottom of the bag. (The price of a lighter, visible interior.) The tote handles are incredibly comfortable, and the straps are way more substantial than on most totepacks. Fits my 13 inch laptop, but I'm not sure about bigger sizes.
