Lays completely flat when empty Strap drop shortest: 10.5” Strap drop longest: 20.5” In excellent condition. The cover photo looks like there is a stain, but there is not. It is a shadow. I took multiple photos to try to eliminate the shadow but wasn’t successful. The last photo is a close up that shows there is no stain. Smoke free, cat friendly home
