emily119623 @hgerard18 Hello and thank you for your interest! The tag says this was manufactured by C&F Home, but I believe someone did needlepoint the front of the pillow by hand.

emily119623 @hgerard18 please note this is a vintage 1990s product and was manufactured by a business. It was not made by someone and sent in to be made into a pillow. Hopefully that makes more sense! Please let me know if you have any other questions
