Window topper, curtain valance. 78” wide. 18” long with tassels. 16” not counting tassels. 3” rod pocket opening. Color isn’t translating perfectly in pictures. I would consider it a true taupe with a slight blush undertone. Fabric has a slight sheen with a delicate floral pattern, tone on tone.
