Beach Riot Red Ribbed Bike Shorts S NWT Damaged

Brand new with tags ribbed bike shorts from Beach Riot. Unfortunately they’re damaged with a loose thread undoing the hem stitching on one leg. I keep saying I’m going to fix them and apparently I won’t. Will you? Size small fit more like XS.
