sellercircle20 @mrsdelgado99 Those have never been opened, Simply press & hold the button on the back once you do it will then name the airpods according to your phone. Try them on a different appledevice if you have or any device with Bluetooth.

mrsdelgado99 @sellercircle20 we did and they do not work! I posted all those pics so you can realize that what you did was highly unethical! We tried to do to connect other devices, we tried charging them a little more or fully charged, but ultimately now you responded we I couldn’t get you to even reply to a msg. Thanks for nothing and for ripping me off! These were suppose to be a graduation gift as my daughter just graduated from high school but but know god doesn’t like ugly nor dishonest people!
