melissac1898 Hey! I recently sold you a Velvet jumpsuit from h&m and you gave me a rating of 1 star. I’m just writing to know why? Usually the ratings are for the actual posher and not the item so I was wondering if there was an issue with the package or the item. Please let me know if I did something wrong so I can improve :)

melissac1898 @mrsdelgado99 I am so sorry about that. The package was definitely damaged en route to you which maybe caused the tear because when I packaged the item the item was brand new with no tears. Again, I’m so sorry it got you that way.
