One skirt is black and the other is an army / olive green. Both of the same style with belt loops, a zipper on the side and two pockets in the back. The material almost feels like a trench coat type of material. If you're interested in one particular color let me know and I can make a separate posting.

@kakafriz 17". I measured from the top of the band not the extended top of the ruffle. Does that make sense?Lol
