Laying flat measures approximately 16.5 inches straight across the waist with a 9.25 inch rise and a 33 inch inseam. Based on the rise measurement, these are in my opinion mid rise. Laying flat the leg opening is 10.5 inches straight across. Lined. 100% polyester. I love these pants but reposhing because they were too long for me and I never wore them.
