Size XS V beck that has two pieces of fabric that is sewn from the back of the neckline and drapes 30” on each side from top of shoulder seam. This strips of fabric can be tied in a bow, like a loose tie or left without being tied at all. Blouse is 21” from shoulder seam to bottom of blouse. Sleeve length is 23” from shoulder seam to bottom of sleeve. Bottom of sleeve has a functional button to close. Bottom of sleeve has 1/2” band fabric and gathering at seam. Small hole at left shoulder seam. Small snag 1/4” on front of blouse
