Gently used Banana Republic Kelly Green sleeveless sheath dress. This lined dress has small pleats at the shoulder. Back zip closure. Lined. I think that is dress is not sized correctly. The tag at the back of the neck says 16T, but the internal tag with the fabric content says it is a size 14. Measurement are included in the photos.
