elboster @mrstbloom - hard to say because it is very blousy/ doesn’t lay flat. Taken from website: M 8" - 10" Bust 35" - 37" Waist 28" - 30" Length 59.5" Fit: This garment fits true to size. Bust: Great for any cup size. Waist: Loosley fitted. Waist tie allows for personal fit preference. Elastic back waist allows for some stretch. Hip: Not Fitted - skirt allows room for hips.
