@max6801 The bag was sent to you first. And you looked it over and you mailed it to her. If that damage was there originally when first received it, you never would have sent it to her right??? That damage was not there when I sent it to you sorry. Maybe it happened during shipping when you mailed it to her. Was the boxed crushed that she received? Tell her to take other pictures ...That looks like someone put plastic tape on it ...Don't know how it got dented like that
