B&W Limited Skirt (with pockets!)

Black & white skirt with pockets The Limited. A great go-to for formal and dressy occasions. Only signs of wear are maybe a couple of loose threads. The white detailing is actually pieces of ribbon stitched down onto the fabric, not a print. Very full and twirly with circle/half circle cut. Waist: 16.5" flat across (however there is NO stretch to this fabric, wouldn't recommend for anyone who wears larger than a 12) Length approx. 22.5 inches
