sharon70_ @jeanniemoler seam to seam laying flat is 23.5”. Top of shoulder (strap as it is what will be sitting on shoulder) to hem is 37” I wanted this dress to fit so badly!!! I even bought the perfect shoes for it 😞 but I just don’t have what it needs up top lol
