dsimmons78 @shendrixson3 Well, to make a long story short. I purchased a few for family so we could get a large order discount and then they decided they didn't want them or didn't have the money. I couldn't return them so here I am trying to get some of my money back. They work great and I use mine at least 4 times a week when I workout. Without sounding like a sales person I have lost about 15 lbs and dropped 2 sizes in about 3 months.

dsimmons78 @shendrixson3 Lol. The girl in the picture with the blue is 5'2 and that one looked the best on her. The colored waist trainer is more for someone with a smaller torso. It's also shorter to allow more movement while doing a light workout or to get a more definition in the waist area.

dsimmons78 @ashleyojeda the black one is 12 1/2 inches in the front and reduces to 10 1/2 inches towards the back. I do have a few black vest trainers that have adjustable straps that are a bit longer and have full coverage in the back. dsimmons78 @caligrlvjo I have a large available. Regarding the length of it. I can say that everyone's body is different. This is a longer waist trainer than the sport trainers. I can't guarantee how it will fit you once you receive it or if it will be the length you expect it to be.

dsimmons78 @martaescobar16 If your waist is 34 inches I suggest getting a size XL or XXL. They run small and you're right on the edge of both sizes. To be honest with you I'd get he XXL.

It might be a little difficult getting it on at first since they're very aggressive garments but after a few times it should get easier. I only say this from my personal experiences using these.
